Very nice, comfortable, nice and thick, I really didn't expect such good quality. I will order them again. I have foot surgery and have found the support and comfort I needed. Thank you very much, I recommend them. It's not a sponge, it's like rubber but very soft, and it's not really rubber either, so it's very breathable.

The insoles are very nice, soft, and comfortable. I don't know how long they will stay like this, but right now they are very comfortable. The only thing is that you need to take a much larger size. My foot size is 36, I took 39-40 and they fit me. Maybe size 37 would also fit.

Simple but effective. There are also small bumps on the pads that should help with keeping the fese in place during moving and there are small holes that should help with better ventilation and sweat/heat dissipation.
