To Germany: 1–3 business days processing, then 5–12 business days in transit. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Contact us if it has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering.
Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be payable on delivery. See the shipping policy for supported destinations and conditions.
Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Standard eligible returns must meet the policy conditions; a €4 prepaid-label fee is deducted from the refund. I received it in 5 days in Spain. Everything as described. It says that the discs wear out, so it's better to replace them so they last longer. It spins slowly. The only thing missing is an aurora borealis disc. All that's left are galaxies and planets.
