The motor is rather weak for sharpening knives, but in principle, it's fine for a housewife so she doesn't cut herself.

the packaging is torn. it feels like this sharpener was kicked around because it's worn out. It fits a 12V USB block, but it's not available. I'll see if it can sharpen a knife when I connect it. Not very satisfied with the quality.
